王勇，北京中外视觉艺术院副研究员。 现为视觉艺术与人文学科国际研讨会（ISVAH）审稿专家，北京外国语大学党建博士后。

本科毕业于云南艺术学院播音主持专业，获文学学士学位。

本科毕业于中国传媒大学广播电视编导专业，获艺术学士学位。

研究生毕业于美国斯蒂文斯理工学院项目管理专业，获理学硕士学位。

研究生毕业于英国博尔顿大学视觉传媒专业，获文学硕士学位。

博士毕业于韩国世宗大学文化经济学专业，获经济学博士学位。

博士毕业于韩国祥明大学艺术管理专业，获艺术学博士学位。
